Terms and conditions

A minimum order of 50 yards (10 people, each wearing 5 yards of the same fabric) OR (20 Pieces of Head-Ties/ Damask) is required when placing an order.

It can take from 2 to 8 weeks for all special orders to be delivered. A 50% deposit is required at the beginning of making all special orders, with the balance 50% to be paid once your order has reached our warehouse, before being dispatched to the client.

Refund policy

We do accept refunds and exchanges, however goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received.

Please note: there is a strict No exchange No refund policy on all *special orders.

Definition of *special order: All items that is not readily available in our warehouse, but which have to be specifically ordered from Switzerland etc.
